Roberto Rivero joined Anderson & Carr in 2009 and has been in the appraisal business since 2005. His area of expertise includes vacant and developed commercial property, income producing property such as retail centers and rental warehouses, insurable value appraisals and eminent domain appraisals throughout Palm Beach County, South Florida and the Space Coast area. In 2005, Roberto, a bi-lingual U.S. citizen fluent in Spanish, started performing commercial appraisals on an international scale in Central America, South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean Basin. His expertise in the region includes master-planned resort subdivisions, hotels, commercial centers, luxury oceanfront villas and vacant land. Roberto started traveling internationally in 1996 while working in the software sales business in Latin America. His broad-reaching skills and professionalism have made him an invaluable asset as an appraiser specializing in commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County, South Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean. Roberto earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems from Florida Atlantic University in 1977. |
