Erika Ness, a lifetime resident of Palm Beach County, has worked in the real estate field since 2000. A member of Anderson & Carr’s team since 2006, Erika has extensive knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential valuations. She has performed a wide range of appraisals, with particular knowledge in warehouse valuation. Her expertise also includes extensive research in specialized issues, most notably Florida Mineral Rights. Prior to joining the A & C team, Erika worked in real estate sales while earning an Associate of Arts Degree from Palm Beach Community College. Erika, who came to the real estate industry after a career in theatre, remains an active supporter of the arts in our community. |
