Charleen McManus, a native of Palm Beach County, joined Anderson & Carr in 1971 and has been an appraiser with the company since 1978. She has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) since 1981. Charleen has unparalleled expertise in appraising grand estates in Palm Beach, Manalapan, Gulfstream and Jupiter Island, including homes of major historical significance. Charleen is a horse enthusiast familiar with virtually every aspect of equine facilities. She has been a Special Master for the Palm Beach County Value Adjustment Board for several years and has qualified as an expert witness in Matters of Real Property Valuation. Charleen earned a B.P.S. in Marketing/Management from Barry University in 1985. |
