Wayne Lewis came on board Anderson & Carr in 2000 after 15 years of both commercial appraisal and development experience in Atlanta, GA. Raised in Palm Beach County, Wayne’s broad expertise in South Florida includes valuation work for South Florida Water Management’s Everglades Restoration Project, multi-phased residential development analysis, valuation of undersea telecommunication easements to mining operations, and industrial development. In addition, as an effective, top-producing broker, Wayne contributes his thorough knowledge of valuation and local government requirements in the sales arena. Brokerage projects have included automobile dealerships, apartment buildings and industrial land developments. The Palm Beach County Commission has recognized Wayne’s superlative skills by appointing him each year since 2003 as a Special Master for the county’s Value Adjustment Board. Wayne, who is an advanced candidate for his MAI designation, holds a B.B.A. degree from Emory University and an M.S. degree in real estate and urban affairs from Georgia State University.
