Michelle Jackson joined Anderson & Carr’s team of appraisers in 2006. Michelle’s areas of expertise include residential appraisals, insurable value reports, litigation and tax appeal appraisals, and commercial appraisals. From 1985 to 1993, she was owner and president of SDA, Inc., an architectural design firm in West Palm Beach. The company specialized in residential design and commercial interiors. During her last five years with SDA, Michelle worked exclusively on the island of Palm Beach, overseeing numerous projects that were ultimately approved by the town’s Architectural Commission and the Landmarks Preservation Commission. These included the restoration of a historic landmark residence and coordinating the landmark designation of another residence. Michelle earned an Associates Degree in Architecture and Fine Arts at Palm Beach Community College in 1984. |
