Mark Herold, a lifelong Palm Beach County resident, has been in the appraisal business since 2002. After working as a residential review appraiser with Washington Mutual Bank, he came aboard Anderson & Carr at the start of 2005. Mark’s solid appraisal expertise includes both vacant and developed commercial property in high-growth downtown West Palm Beach, as well as houses of worship throughout Palm Beach County and gas stations across the State of Florida. Mark also has wide-ranging experience appraising income-producing properties in addition to service stations, such office towers, retail centers of varying sizes, and rental warehouses. He also produces a wide variety of reports required for insurance purposes. Mark earned a B.S. degree in Business and Finance from Florida Atlantic University in 2000. |
