Jonathan Franke, a Palm Beach County resident since 1998, worked as an area appraiser before joining Anderson & Carr in 2004. Jonathan has solid experience in appraising a variety of residential properties, with expertise in handling single-family properties in the county’s western communities, small residential income properties, vacant land, and real estate issues in divorce and probate cases. He is also adept at producing insurable value appraisal reports. Jonathan studied Criminal Justice at Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, NY, and served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years before being honorably discharged in 1993. |
