Frank Cardo, a principal and officer of Anderson & Carr since 1998, has more than a quarter-century of experience in both commercial and residential appraisal. Frank spearheaded Anderson & Carr’s thriving operation in Naples, FL, where he established the company’s standing as premier eminent domain experts. In South Florida, Frank is in high demand as an expert in all areas of real estate litigation; he has been consistently successful as an expert witness in divorce cases, order-of-takings and jury trials. Since 2000, Frank has served as House Committee Chairman of the Appraisal Institute, South Florida-Caribbean chapter; he formerly sat on the Board of Directors. Frank received his MAI designation in 1998. He earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate and Risk Management-Insurance from Florida State University in 1982. |
