Mike Brady brought wide-ranging experience and expertise in real estate sales, appraisals and management when he joined Anderson & Carr in 2003. Mike started selling real estate in the early 1980s and has been a property appraiser since 1992. His far-reaching skills and professionalism have made him an invaluable asset as an appraiser specializing in commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County as well as the Treasure Coast. Mike maintains an active role in professional development; he is an associate member of the national Appraisal Institute; a board member of the Appraisal Institute, South Florida-Caribbean chapter; and the chapter’s associate Leadership Committee chairman. Mike also participated in the Institute’s 2007 Leadership Development & Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. Mike is a member of the International Right of Way Association, serving as president of the South Florida chapter in 2007 and 2008. He earned a B.S. degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in 1978. |
