Cindy Bennett has been in the appraisal business since joining Anderson & Carr in 1994. Cindy, whose prior experience includes real estate sales on Florida’s west coast, has a broad understanding of both the residential and commercial markets. She specializes in appraising single-family homes, from modestly priced residences to multi-million-dollar mansions, and also in appraising waterfront condominium units and a variety of multi-family buildings. She attended Quinnipiac College in Connecticut for two years. |
