Bob Banting has served as president and managing partner of Anderson & Carr since 1994. He has built a stellar reputation as a preeminent expert in real estate appraisal since joining the company in 1973. Bob is a lifelong Palm Beach County resident with solid contacts throughout the private and public sectors. His vast experience includes all aspects of residential and commercial appraisal as well as an unrivaled number of eminent domain and litigation appraisals. Bob's expertise has earned him a reputation as a highly regarded expert witness for both government and private clients. He has also played a key role in helping to shape the city’s remarkable renaissance as an advisor to the Downtown West Palm Beach Master Plan. Bob has served as director of the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and as a member of the Property Tax Administration Task Force for the Florida Department of Revenue. He became an MAI (Member of Appraisal Institute) in 1984. Bob joined Anderson & Carr after earning a B.S. degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 1973. |
