Beau Arnold, who joined Anderson & Carr in 1997, has extensive experience in appraising a wide range of commercial and industrial properties, as well as vacant land proposed for development. Beau has played a critical role in the appraisal of redevelopment, park, and preservation sites for numerous municipalities and government entities, including the cities of West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, the Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, the Port of Palm Beach and the State of Florida. He also has performed condemnation appraisals involving complex eminent domain issues for road improvement and other projects throughout Palm Beach County. Beau earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1997. |
